BUTCH ROGERS

   Butch grew up in West Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Abilene Christian University and a master’s degree in taxation from Texas Tech University.

   He began his career in public accounting in 1982 in Lubbock, Texas and moved to Wooster, Ohio in 1990.

   Upon moving to Ohio, he established Rogers CPA Group which he sold in 2006. In 2013, he co-founded Core CFO Solutions, LLC with his son Marcus.

   The company provided CFO for hire and outsourced accounting services. Butch and Marcus expanded their services to include tax services forming MBR Partners, Inc. an Ohio CPA firm.

   Butch believes in being more than just the “tax guy” for his clients. He works year around with his clients, to help them manage the financial side of their businesses.

   He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He lives Wooster, Ohio with his wife Donna.
